A LONG-DISTANCE GOAL, BROKEN INTO WEEKS.
Half-distance triathlon, also called 70.3, combines three longer legs and ends with a half marathon. In Tryathlon, you can choose Half (70.3) as your race goal and see the planned training ahead.
The app describes this as a big goal that is best approached with some base fitness. Its weekly overview makes the planned training commitment visible so you can understand the progression before starting.
These are standard race distances. Your chosen event may use different distances or formats; check its organizer’s information.
YOUR GOAL. YOUR AVAILABILITY.
To create your plan in Tryathlon, choose half-distance distance, enter your race date, and share your current training level and available days. Your plan overview shows how the weeks fit together, including changes in weekly training time.
Instead of separating swim, bike and run into different schedules, the app gives you one calendar. You can see your training phases, upcoming sessions and recovery weeks in the same place.
FROM THE CALENDAR TO TODAY.
Your Today screen puts the next session in front of you, with its duration and an explanation of why it is in the plan. Mark sessions as complete and review training time, sport totals and milestones on the Progress screen.
When questions come up, the Training Guide has prepared answers about training, equipment and race day. It is a reference library rather than a live coaching service.
